1 1/2 Cup cooked couscous
1 1/2 Cup chopped celery
1 Cup sliced green onions
9 Cup cubed cooked chicken
3 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 Cup pineapple chunks
3 Cup green grapes, sliced
1 Cup red grapes, sliced
1 large can cashews


Mix together couscous, celery, onions and chicken. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken mixture and stir well. Let stand several hours to blend flavors. Just before serving, add fruit and cashews.
