3/4     cup honey

       1/2     cup coconut oil

           1     tablespoon cinnamon

           1     cup unsweetened coconut

           1     cup ground flaxseed

       1/2     cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds

           2     cups chopped cashews

           2     cups chopped pecans

           1     cup sliced almonds

       1/2     cup raisins or craisins

Combine honey, oil and cinnamon in a small saucepan and heat on low for a few minutes. Combine coconut, flaxseed, seeds and cashews in a large bowl. Pour honey mixture over and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool for 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients. Break cooled mixture into small pieces. Combine all and mix well. Serve granola with milk, yogurt or diced apples.
