Instructions

          2    cups warm milk
          2    cups quick oats
          2    eggs, beaten
      1/3    cup flour
    21/2    teaspoons baking powder
          1    teaspoon salt
      1/3    cup vegetable oil
          2    tablespoons sugar, optional

Add warm milk to the oats and let stand for a few minutes. Then add eggs and mix. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add oil and sugar; stir in flour, baking powder and salt mixture. Mix well. Cook pancakes as usual. Add raisins or shredded fruit if desired.
