Ingredients

3 Cup chocolate chips
1 Cup butter
2 Cup marshmallow whip or cut up marshmallows
2 Teaspoon vanilla
2 Cup nuts
1 Can evaporated milk (13 or 14.5 ounce)
3 1/2 Cup sugar

Instructions

Mix together first five ingredients. Combine milk and sugar in a pan, bring to boil 12 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Combine the two mixtures together and pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill 2 hours. Refrigerate in a covered container.
