|3 Cup||chocolate chips|
|2 Cup||marshmallow whip or cut up marshmallows|
|1 Can||evaporated milk (13 or 14.5 ounce)|
|3 1/2 Cup||sugar|
Mix together first five ingredients. Combine milk and sugar in a pan, bring to boil 12 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Combine the two mixtures together and pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill 2 hours. Refrigerate in a covered container.
