2 Pound frozen hash brown potatoes
1 13-ounce can evaporated milk
1/4 Cup butter, melted
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon seasoned salt
2 Tablespoon chopped onion
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
2 Cup grated American cheese


Place potatoes in a buttered 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients except the cheese and pour over the potatoes. Top with the grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes test done.
