1 egg
3/4 Cup milk
1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup quick cooking oats
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Pound ground beef
2/3 Cup catsup
1/2 Cup brown sugar, packed
1 Teaspoon prepared mustard


In a bowl, beat eggs and milk. stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt. add beef and mix well. shape in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over entire meat loaf. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (or until no longer pink in center or meat thermometer reads 160 degrees).
