1 16-ounce bag frozen California Medley vegetables
1 28-ounce bag frozen cubed hash browns (or 6-8 medium diced potatoes)
1 Pound cooked ham, cubed
2 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Pound processed American cheese (or Velveeta)


Combine vegetables, potatoes and ham in a large soup pot. Completely cover with water and boil until vegetables are tender. Without draining water, turn stove temperature down to simmer and add the chicken soup. When soup is well-blended, add the cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
