round steak, for 4 servings
oil for browning
1 medium onion, chopped
1 4-ounce can sliced or chopped mushrooms, drained
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Cup burgundy wine


Cut round steak into serving pieces and brown in oil. Set aside. Saute onions and mushrooms. Mix together the soup and wine. Place meat back in small roaster and cover with the onions and mushrooms. Then pour soup and wine mixture over all, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
