6 Slice bread, cubed
1 Can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 Cup sliced stuffed olives
1 Cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 Cup cooked ham or turkey cubes
4 eggs
2 Cup milk
1/4 Teaspoon butter flavoring
1/4 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 Teaspoon salt


Place half the cubed bread in a buttered casserole. Spread layers of mushrooms, olives, cheese and meat over the bread. Add remaining bread cubes over top. Beat eggs and milk and seasonings. Pour over layered mixture. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Let casserole cool for 5 to 10 minutes after removing from oven.
