1 Pound sausage
1/2 Teaspoon liquid smoke
1 (8) refrigerated crescent rolls tube
1 Cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 Cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 Cup milk
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
3 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese


In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Add liquid smoke and mix well. Drain. Press crescent rolls into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, sealing the perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
