Ingredients

1 16-ounce bag unsweetened strawberries, thawed and mashed
1 1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 1.75-ounce package powdered fruit pectin

Instructions

Place all ingredients in bread pan in bread maker. Use jam cycle. (Do not use timer setting.) Pour into heatproof container. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours or until set. You may use 3 cups fresh, mashed strawberries or 3 cups fresh raspberries in place of the frozen strawberries.
