4    bratwurst links, halved and sliced

          1    20-ounce package refrigerated, diced potatoes

          1    cup corn

       1/2    cup chopped onion

          1    medium green bell pepper, chopped

          1    cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

       1/2    teaspoon seasoned salt

       1/2    teaspoon pepper

Cook bratwurst over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in vegetables. Cook covered,             10-15 minutes, until vegetables are tender – stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese and seasonings and cook until cheese is melted
