1/4 Cup lemon juice
4 Cup beet juice
1 Sure-Jell box
6 Cup sugar
1 6-ounce box raspberry Jell-O


Bring lemon juice, beet juice and Sure-Jell to a boil. Add sugar and Jell-O. Boil five minutes. Test the hot liquid to see if it will jell. Dip a fork into the liquid; when liquid fills the tines on a fork, the liquid will jell. Skim any foam from the top and pour into sterilized jars. Seal with hot wax.
