1 Pound steak
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 Teaspoon soy sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Package onion soup mix
1/2 Cup sour cream


Cut steak into small chunks. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil. Add steak to pan and brown. Add mushroom soup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and dry onion soup mix and stir. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream just before serving over rice or buttered egg noodles.
