Ingredients

2 Pound lean stew meat (up to 2 1/2 pounds)
1 Package dry onion soup mix
1 Can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 Can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 Cup Burgundy or red wine

Instructions

Put everything in a roaster; do not need to stir. Cover and bake at 275-300 degrees F for 4 hours. Serve over rice, Chinese noodles, egg noodles, or baked potatoes. No need for any salt or pepper.
