|2 Pound||lean stew meat (up to 2 1/2 pounds)|
|1 Package||dry onion soup mix|
|1 Can||cream of celery soup (undiluted)|
|1 Can||cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)|
|1 Cup||Burgundy or red wine|
Put everything in a roaster; do not need to stir. Cover and bake at 275-300 degrees F for 4 hours. Serve over rice, Chinese noodles, egg noodles, or baked potatoes. No need for any salt or pepper.
