1 1/2 Pound ground beef
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Can cream of celery soup
1 Cup diced celery
1/2 Cup chopped onions
1 egg, well-beaten
1 1/2 Cup milk
1 Cup rice
salt and pepper, to taste


Brown and drain the ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (It's good served with cranberry jelly!)
