1 Pound ground beef
1/2 Cup diced onion
2 10.5-ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
3 Cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 16-ounce package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese


Brown ground beef and onion. Mix soup, vegetables and potatoes with meat mixture. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
