|15 1/2 Ounce||Chick peas, rinsed|
|2 Tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|2 Tablespoon||Tahini (ground sesame seeds), optional|
|3 Tablespoon||Olive oil|
|Fresh ground pepper, to taste|
Combine the first five ingredients in a blender, then with the machine running add olive oil and water. Top with pepper and drizzle with additional olive oil.
