2 extra-ripe medium bananas, peeled
2 eggs
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup butter, melted
1 Cup blueberries
1 Teaspoon vanila
2 1/4 Cup flour
2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon salt


Puree bananas in blender (should produce ½ cup). Combine bananas, eggs, brown sugar, and butter until well blended. Stir in blueberries and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients. Pour in liquid mixture, mix until just blended. Spoon batter into well-greased muffin pan cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
