3 large slicing tomatoes
olive oil
Sea salt
Ground black pepper
Fresh basil, finely chopped
bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese, grated


Slice tomatoes 1/8-inch thick and spread out in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil to taste. Spoon crumbs in a thin layer over tomatoes. Finish with layer of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese turns golden and bubbly. Serve immediately.
