1 16-ounce can pears
1 16-ounce can sliced peaches
1 16-ounce can pineapple chunks
3 bananas, peeled and sliced
1/3 Cup melted butter
3/4 Cup brown sugar
2 Teaspoon curry powder
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger


Drain fruits well. Place all fruits in casserole dish. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, curry powder and ginger together and pour over fruit. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ham.
