2 Cup chopped celery
2 Cup chopped onion
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1 Pound lean pork, cubed
salt and pepper, to taste
1 Can cream of chicken soup
2 Cup chicken broth
1 Cup raw rice
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
2 1/2 Cup diced chicken
1 Can cream of mushroom soup


Saute celery and onions in oil. Put in large bowl. Brown pork in oil and season. Add to celery. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
