4 chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
salt and pepper, to taste
8 Slice Swiss cheese
1/4 Cup dry white wine
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Cup crushed herb croutons
1/4 Cup butter, melted


Spray and 9 by 13-inch baking dish and place chicken pieces in it. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer a piece of cheese over each piece of chicken. Mix the wine and soup together and spoon over the cheese. Cover with crushed croutons. Drizzle the melted butter over all and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
