1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 large can mushrooms, drained

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 unbaked pie shell

4 eggs beaten

3/4 cup milk

3/4 cup cream

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon flour

Layer bacon, mushrooms and parsley in the unbaked pie shell. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the bacon and mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
