1 Cup shredded baby Swiss cheese
1/2 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Cup chopped asparagus
1/4 Cup chopped leeks or onions
1/2 Cup sliced mushrooms
12 eggs
1 Cup milk
1 Cup whipping cream
pepper, to taste


Spread cheeses on bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with vegetables. Whisk together eggs, milk, cream and pepper. Pour over the vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
