8 spears asparagus, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 Cup shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 Cup cubed ham
3/4 Cup mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste


Cook asparagus until tender crisp. Drain and cool. In a bowl, combine asparagus, eggs, cheese, ham, mayonnaise, mustard , salt and pepper. Mix well. Good as a sandwich or serve on lettuce leaf as salad.
