5    garlic cloves, minced

          8    ounces sliced mushrooms, drained

          4    teaspoons olive oil

        10    ounces artichoke hearts, halved

          1    can chopped tomatoes, partially drained

                Fresh basil, chopped

                Cooked pasta, your choice

                Grated Mozzarella cheese

Sauté garlic and mushrooms in olive oil until garlic is softened. Add artichoke hearts, tomatoes and basil;  cook about 10 minutes. Serve over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
