2 eggs
6 egg yolks
2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon half-and-half
2 Tablespoon cold water
2 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Drop yellow food coloring, if needed
4 Cup flour


Combine eggs, egg yolks, vegetable oil, remaining liquids, salt and food coloring (if necessary). Mix flour into liquid, a small amount at a time. Let dough rest a few minutes before rolling out. Cut with knife or noodle cutter. Dry at room temperature overnight. Cook or freeze on cookie sheet and bag for freezer.
