2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups crumbled saltine crackers (about 45)

1 cup finely peeled and chopped apple

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

2 pounds bulk pork sausage

In a large bowl, beat the eggs; add milk, crackers, onions and peppers. Stir in sausage and mix well. Place in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until meat is done.
