8    6 to 8-inch flour tortillas

       3/4    cup sour cream

          1    cup cooked and chopped turkey

       1/2    cup salsa

          1    4-ounce package shredded cheese

          2    tablespoons minced fresh cilantro, optional

Spread one side of each tortilla with sour cream. Top half the tortillas with a layer of turkey, salsa, cheese and cilantro. Top with remaining tortillas. Place a quesadilla on a microwave-safe plate and cook on high for about 1 minute or until the cheese is melted and the quesadilla is hot throughout. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut each quesadilla into 4-6 wedges and serve while warm.
