1 Pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 Cup rice
2 Cup chopped celery
2 Can chicken noodle soup
1 Cup water
Velveeta cheese, cubed or grated


Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Add the next 4 ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9 by 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
