2 tablespoons butter

1 large onion, chopped

1 green pepper, sliced

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

1 quart tomatoes

1 red pepper, sliced

2 cans cleaned shrimp

1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained

Chow mein noodles

Saute 2 tablespoons butter, onion and green pepper. Stir in 2 more tablespoons butter and flour and stir until combined. Add tomatoes and red peppers Cook until peppers are tender crisp. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until heated through. Serve over the chow mein noodles.
