Instructions
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 whole fryer, cut up
Melt butter in shallow dish. Combine cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper in another shallow dish. Dip each chicken piece in butter, then in the cornmeal/flour mixture. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until chicken is cooked through.
