Ham bone
4 Cup grated raw potatoes
3 Cup flour
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoon baking powder


Cover ham bone with water and bring to a boil. Mix potatoes, flour, salt and baking powder. Dip hands in water and then form mixture into balls about the size of an egg. Drop into boiling ham broth. Boil slowly for 30 minutes; stir occasionally. Serve with butter.
