Win a powerful vacuum that cleans from floor to ceiling!
Black+Decker’s new Powerseries Pro line of cordless vacuums can be used as uprights or detachable canisters with integrated extension wands for accessing hard-to-reach areas. With powerful suction and up to 60 minutes of runtime, the lineup includes a standard version, a second model designed to handle pet hair and a third version for allergy sufferers.
All three vacuums feature a touchpad that controls the vacuum; you can adjust suction speed, an LED light that illuminates cleaning surfaces and a detachable beater bar. The vacuums also incorporate a new dust compaction feature that compresses dust and debris to free up space in the canister, so you can continue cleaning rather than constantly stopping to empty the dustbin. With the push of a button, the removable dustbin opens to easily empty the debris.
The vacuums come with a three-in-one accessory tool that includes a 6-inch nozzle, crevice tool and upholstery brush that can be attached to the canister to enhance cleaning options. Prices start at about $150; visit www.blackanddecker.com for details.
Here's how to enter
As with our other contests, to win you must be a member-owner in good standing at one of Iowa’s electric cooperatives that’s a member of the Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives. To enter your name in this month’s contest, complete and submit this Entry Form by the last day of the month of the issue date (e.g., Dec. 31 for the December issue). The contest runs for the complete month of the magazine's issue month, so you may enter as early as the first of the month – even if you haven't yet received that month's issue of the magazine in the mail. All entries are purged at midnight on the last day of the month, when the next contest begins, so you must enter every month to be eligible to win. There’s no obligation associated with entering, and we don’t share entrant information with anyone.
Please enter the contest only once per electric cooperative account; if you enter multiple times, you’ll be disqualified – unless you have multiple accounts at the same or different electric cooperatives, in which case you may enter once per account. We’ll pick a winner at random and publish the winner's name in an upcoming issue.
